Manage business requirement from customer管理客戶的業(yè)務需求? Collect the requirement from customer收集客戶的需求? Filter the requirement to business needs. 根據業(yè)務需要評估客戶需求? Category the needs to internal service process of each department將需求按照內部服務流程分配給各個部門? Category the needs to preventive maintenance terms.將合理的相關需求列入預防性維護項目Facilitate the service process促進服務流程? Take in charge of the business requirement of customer by 5088 hotline and other channel. 接管需求：通過5088及其他渠道接管客戶的業(yè)務需求? Coordinate internal team and customer to come out an agreed service proposal商定方案：協(xié)同內部團隊和客戶達成一致的服務方案? Coordinate internal team and customer to work together and perform the onsite service協(xié)同現(xiàn)場：協(xié)同內部團隊和客戶完成現(xiàn)場工作? Collect the customer satisfaction rate and feedback to internal process. Formal close the service交付回饋：收集客戶滿意率和反饋用于內部服務流程控制，關閉服務請求Visible the service process to customer and ESHE team使客戶和內部團隊可視化服務流程 ? Notify the decision /risk/plan and next step to bother customer and internal team in the above four steps of service process.根據以上的四步服務流程，將服務需求的決定、風險、計劃告知客戶及內部團隊? Use right tools to let the customer and internal staffs check and review the progress運用正確的工具使客戶及內部員工了解服務需求的進度Data Analysis and report數(shù)據分析及報告 ? Monthly provide the data trend and report of customer service level and PM degree每月提供客戶服務及預防性維護的相關數(shù)據分析和報告? Provide advice for Engineering further improve of service level and service process. According to the trend to Engineering LT each half year根據數(shù)據趨勢每半年度向工程部管理層提供合理的建議從而提升工程部的服務標準和服務流程? Present the service result to customer or SLT為客戶或者管理層展示服務成果Align with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policy, standards and procedures確保符合公司行為準則/SHE/GMP/合規(guī)等相關政策、標準與流程 ? Complete all required training on AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance policies and standards within prescribed timeframes.在規(guī)定時間內完成公司行為準則、SHE、GMP、合規(guī)相關的政策及標準所要求的培訓? Strictly conduct all business activities in compliance with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policies and standards.在進行一切與業(yè)務活動時都嚴格遵守公司行為準則、SHE、GMP、合規(guī)相關的政策及標準。? Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE遵守SHE承諾書上的要求Others其他 ? Other tasks assigned by line manager直線經理安排的其他工作Education, Qualifications, Experience 教育、資質、經驗? University graduate 大學學歷? Minimum 3 years of working experience in related areas 三年以上相關工作經歷? Familiar with Engineering’s service scope and understand production/supply and quality process. 熟悉工程部的業(yè)務范圍，理解產品的供應及質量流程Capabilities 能力? Good interaction and communication skill with the sense of business urgency based on compliance / SHE/Quality. 基于合規(guī)/SHE/質量，有對業(yè)務的緊急程度的意識和良好的溝通及交流能力? Good English and presentation skill良好的英語水平及表達能力? Strong service mind and sense of responsibility 強烈的服務意識和責任感
