POSITION SUMMARY(職位概述)
To define plant HR strategy, lead and manage HR & Admin. Dept, in BD Yixing Plant within Corp. guidelines and government regulations so as to provide strategic HR support to the plant to support it’s achievement of the business goals.
Facilitate the definition and leading the implementation of an overall plant HR and Admin strategy as well as related programs, leading to highest performance levels in terms of overall organizational effectiveness, management team co-operation and associate engagement in the businesses.
Management coaching to develop Leadership & managerial skills of the management team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要職責)
1. Provide strategic HR support to the plant to support it’s achievement of the business goals.
2. Attract, retain and motivate the right people.
3. Improve individual competence, assure healthy inter-and intra-group relationships and enhance organizational capabilities of initiating and managing changes in order to strengthen organization effectiveness.
4. Review annual HC budget submitted by all departments; Propose and get approval of annual budget on Admin cost, C&B cost and L&D investment.
5. Lead the team to deliver quality HR and Admin services through continued improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the related policies, methodologies, tools, process etc,.
6. Define overall structure and roles of department and allocate the responsibilities.
7. Provide daily coaching, guidance and feedback, and periodically review the objectives
8. Improve employee satisfaction, increase productivity, customer satisfaction and achieve high organization performance.
9. Be available and act as coach to plant management team on questions of organization design, strategy formulation, staffing, people development, compensation & benefit, internal communication etc,.
10. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
1. BA degree with major in human resources management or related fields preferred
2. Over 5 years HR relevant experience with MNC
3. Understanding of the business and have a strategic view of HR partner
4. Knowledge of the functional HR methodologies and tools for TA, TR, TM;
5. Knowledge of labor laws and practice in Yixing
6. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
7. Good communication and influencing skills
8. Ability to work in a high stress, high productivity and rapidly changing environment
9. Ability to be a self-starter who identifies, resolves, and reports on issues in timely and effective manner
