KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責 & Measurement Criteria）

1. Responsible for Portfolio management of product line according to arrangement of line manager (30% of job time)

ü 獨立制定所負責產品的市場策略和管理預算，負責產品的滾動月度預測和年度需求

ü 與銷售團隊一起構建和維護區域專家隊伍（Regional KOL）網絡

ü 和重要業務相關部門、美國總部的積極溝通，為供應鏈、招標、政府事務、戰略市場部等提供必要支持

2. Develop strategic partnerships (20% of job time)

ü 建立和重要學會的合作關系，根據市場的反饋進行年度計劃的季度調整

ü 保持和頂尖KOL（National KOL）的定期拜訪，了解其學術觀念和學術需求

ü 建立和其他相關器械或健康公司之間的聯系，提升在行業內的品牌地位

3. Implement marketing activity plan quarterly and control budget (30% of job time)

ü 根據上級主管分配/調整的產品預算擬定并執行、跟進、評估、調整市場活動

ü 根據策略及市場情況擬定年度、季度、月度活動計劃，并按時向上級主管提交申請

ü 作為區域市場伙伴（BP）傳遞中央市場策略，并協助區域大區經理（RSM）設計區域特色的市場活動

4. Other related jobs (20% of job time)

ü 產品線月度Dashboard整理、MKT meeting、BULT meeting的產品績效回顧分析

ü 承擔部分的銷售培訓

ü 協助其他同事進行新產品的市場導入
