KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Assist the pre-sales process by demonstrating the technical advantages of DS products to customers, field staff and distributor staff , by different ways from seminars, WebEx to local workshopWork with marketing department and sales staff to ensure DS provides excellent customer support for related DS productsWork with customers to fully understand DS products and application methodology Act as a primary technical resource for Sales and MarketingProvide marketing department with applications advice and feedback especially first hand information concerning DS products, ensuring products are targeted well and the most appropriate product is sold in order to satisfy the customers needs and expectationResolving technical queries quickly and expertly either over the phone or visiting a customer siteConducting customer training of instrument, reagent and consumable systems where applicableConducting workshops highlighting the technical advantages of DS productsIdentify faulty reagents, processes or hardware where they adversely effect system performanceAssist customers to utilize instrument and reagent systems both efficiently and effectively so as to maximize customer satisfaction as well as revenues for DSConducting in-house training of Sales, Marketing and Support staff wherever a need is identifiedFacilitating and coordinating product trials locallyIdentify market potential for new products and explore new opportunities by closely aligning with field sales and our customers
