POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
Responsible for Tax declaration with and communication with SSC to insure AP accounts accuracy.
負(fù)責(zé)稅務(wù)納稅申報(bào)及與SSC溝通確保應(yīng)付賬款的正確性。
Responsible for RTP control in plant, T&E claim approval, the foreign currency payment preparation, Cash flow management and Bank affairs related.
負(fù)責(zé)完善工廠RTP 政策， 員工報(bào)銷的審核，外幣付款的準(zhǔn)備，現(xiàn)金流的管理及銀行相關(guān)事宜的處理。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）
1. Issue invoices( VAT and Export invoices) according to SAP system timely;
及時(shí)按時(shí)SAP系統(tǒng)信息據(jù)發(fā)票（增值稅發(fā)票和外銷發(fā)票）；
2. Declare related tax( withholding tax, VAT, ect) for non-trade payment
完成非貿(mào)項(xiàng)下的相關(guān)稅務(wù)申報(bào)
3. Responsible for VAT and CIT declaration to tax bureau
按時(shí)完成增值稅，出品退稅及企業(yè)所得稅的納稅申報(bào)4. Statistics for Tax Bureau and Government authorities
完成稅務(wù)及相關(guān)部門要求的報(bào)表5. Others related with Tax
其他跟稅務(wù)相關(guān)的工作
6. The Administrator of Concur system, maintain Concur master data, and upload the data to SAP after check the claim with paper documentations for SZ Plant
蘇州工廠的Concur報(bào)銷系統(tǒng)的管理員，維護(hù)Concur系統(tǒng)的主數(shù)據(jù)，審核蘇州工廠費(fèi)用報(bào)銷并完成SAP的財(cái)務(wù)處理
1. Foreign currency payment preparation and verification for SZ Plant
蘇州工廠外幣貨款的支付及核銷.
2. Cash flow management and Bank affairs related
現(xiàn)金流管理及銀行相關(guān)事宜的處理（包括印鑒等）
3. Maintains and updates all company license
公司所有證件的保管及更新
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. 5 years finance working experience in multinational company
5年跨國(guó)公司財(cái)會(huì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. Familiar with tax policy and operation.
熟悉稅法及稅務(wù)操作
3. Familiar with US and PRC GAAP
熟悉中方及美方財(cái)務(wù)政策
4. Communication, learning and the ability to adapt
溝通能力，學(xué)習(xí)的能力，適應(yīng)的能力
5. Good command of speaking and written English.
英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)及讀寫能力
6. Major in accounting/finance related with bachelor degree.
