POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）

Through global logistics  provider and local broker management, excellent inbound/outbound logistics  operation, and better communications with other functions, to realize the  steady supply of materials and cost (freight/duty) control. Manage inbounding, out  bounding logistics and Customs & CIQ affairs，ensure compliance for  whole logistics process, timely implement improvement actions required by  Customs. 通過對貸代、報關(guān)行的管理，進(jìn)出口貨物的操作及公司內(nèi)部的有效溝通，確保貨物及時到廠并合理控制成本。負(fù)責(zé)公司進(jìn)出口，海關(guān)及商檢相關(guān)事務(wù)的管理，確保進(jìn)出口環(huán)節(jié)符合海關(guān)及商檢的法規(guī)法則，對海關(guān)要求的規(guī)范改進(jìn)事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。

    KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）    

1. Arrange international  inbound shipments and local customs clearance, and monitor the whole logistics  process, ensure compliance for whole logistics process. Well control the urgent shipment and report the status  in time. Manages global logistics provider and local broker, and measures  logistics vendors’ performance 安排貨物進(jìn)口物流及報關(guān)，監(jiān)控整個進(jìn)出口過程，確保整個進(jìn)出口環(huán)節(jié)符合海關(guān)及商檢的法規(guī)法則。對緊急貨物地及時處理并及時匯報。管理國際貨代及報關(guān)公司并考核供應(yīng)商的業(yè)績。
2. Keep good records including all the necessary information for all the  inbound and outbound shipments，file the original documents, ensure the documents accuracy with the  corporation with related parities including purchasing, requisitioner etc. 進(jìn)出口臺帳的登記管理，完好保管正本單證，同時在采購和申請人的支持下確保文件正確性。
3. Work with planner for the export shipment. Timely arrange shipment after  getting the order from planner and provide necessary notification and documents  to customers  配合計(jì)劃員的出口工作，按照計(jì)劃員的計(jì)劃，及時安排出口貨物并提供相關(guān)單證給客戶。
4. Learn and be familiar with relative regulations  & laws of both the Customs and CIQ; Ensure that the operation is compliance  to those regulations & laws. Set up policies related logistic function and training  for the necessary colleagues. Manage internal compliance audit and execute  corrective action. 學(xué)習(xí)并熟悉海關(guān)、商檢的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，確保公司的進(jìn)出口操作合規(guī)。制定進(jìn)出口相關(guān)流程并對相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。組織進(jìn)出口合規(guī)性審核，并負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)改善措施的執(zhí)行。
5. Manage and conduct all Customs affairs of process trade; Work with  warehouse to effectively separate bonded goods with un-bonded goods; Conduct the stocktaking for the bonded materials and  ensure the quantity balance between handbook and warehouse. 管理加工貿(mào)易手冊，配合倉庫區(qū)分保稅及非保稅料件。對保稅料件進(jìn)行定期盤點(diǎn)，確保實(shí)物與手冊帳面數(shù)據(jù)的平衡。
6. Control  freight and duty, and seek for opportunity of cost saving and avoidance, lead  cost reduction projects related to freight and duty. 控制國際運(yùn)費(fèi)及關(guān)稅，合理避稅，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)運(yùn)費(fèi)及關(guān)稅降低項(xiàng)目。
7. Perform other duties  as may be required by line leader and department manager. 執(zhí)行主管安排的其它工作。

SKILLS  AND ABILITIES（技能）    

1. Bachelor degree in business or management, At  least 5 years’ experience in foreign invested company or forwarder. Having the  experience of imp/exp, clearance and forwarding. 貿(mào)易或管理類本科學(xué)歷，至少五年以上外企或貨代工作經(jīng)歷并有進(jìn)出口清關(guān)及物流經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Be familiar with international trade, forwarding  and Customs & CIQ related Laws (regulations);  國際貿(mào)易，對海關(guān)及商檢相關(guān)法律法規(guī)熟知。
3. Qualification Certificate of Customs Clearance  and CIQ 報關(guān)員及報檢員證書。
4. Good oral  and written English; 良好的英語口語及書寫能力。
5. Good  computer operation skills, and be good at office software 良好的電腦操作能力，熟悉Office辦公軟件。
6. Ability to deal with vendor and the public in a  positive and successful manner. 獨(dú)立處理問題的能力。
