To ensure all documentation (MBL, FCR, HBL & PROFORMA INVOICE) is prepared timely and correctly as per customer service and SOP’s instruction.

To ensure data are entered into system timely and accurately according to SOP/MOP.
確保按SOP/MOP要求及時(shí)正確地輸入貨物信息
To mail pre-alert to destination office/ client and image document into system for customs clearance to destination broker in timetable.
在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)送預(yù)報(bào)給目的港清關(guān)行并掃描相關(guān)清關(guān)文件入系統(tǒng)
To communicate with overseas and customers on the documentation issue.
與客戶和UPS國外溝通相關(guān)文件事宜
Job requirements:
- College graduated or above.
大專以上學(xué)歷
- 1 year related working experience in forwarding industry as preference.
一年左右相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
-Good command of English and PC skills with CET-4 as preference.
掌握基礎(chǔ)的英文和電腦操作
- Good communication skill.
