Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to project scope definition, schedule and project estimate

2. Develop process description/function description and parameters list

3. Assist in development of User Requirements Specification (URS)

4. Participate in design review meetings

5. Developing Functional Requirements Specification for the manufacturing area and interface with automation counterpart in developing the details of the functional requirement specification (FRS)

6. Coordinate equipment installation activities; Creation and execution IQ/OQ protocol related to manufacturing systems

7. Provide/calculate process design and operating parameters associated with process changes

8.  Monitor project cost/spending and schedules

9. Develop SOP and provide training to related shareholder etc.

10. Support start up

Qualifications

1、 Good understanding of technical (spray dryer/aseptic line/powder filling line) processes and objectives

2、 Degree or Diploma in process engineering, manufacturing or science or equivalent nutritions or pharmaceutical work experience

3、 Minimum 5 years experience, of which at list with 3 years is in GMP environment related to food, nutritional or pharmaceutical manufacturing

4、 Minimum 2 years of project management working experience

5、 Start Up experience is a plus
