Responsibilities: Define key accountabilities and/or activities.) Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations, the Companies’ policies, procedures and guidelines, this position will: Contribute to the development of improved SAS programming solutions to support the improvement of efficiencies in Biostatistics and Data Management related programming activities. Contribute to the development of solutions for support across therapeutic areas, in the Asia/Pacific region, and across geographic regions. Support programming activities for clinical trials, including activities related to data management, statistical analysis, and reporting activities. Provide oversight of programming activities at the project level. Ensure all SAS Programming activities are conducted in accordance with high ethical and quality standards, all applicable GCP regulations, and company procedures. Collaborate with resources from functional organizations and outside sources to ensure project success. Provide oversight of company sponsored studies and act as liaison with other functions and external service providers. IVRequirements: (List types of requirements and typical years required) Education: Bachelor’s degree in a mathematical/scientific field is required, and a Masters degree is preferred. Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of industry experience with an MS degree or equivalent, and 6+ years of industry experience with Bachelor degree or equivalent. Physical Demands: Office setting. Travel < 15%. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Pharmaceutical industry experience including creation of standard program modules and support of statistical analysis and data management related activities Proficient in SAS Base, STAT, Graph, Macro, and extensive experience with Data _Null_ and Proc Report Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
