職位描述
主要職責(zé)：
1. 積極實(shí)施所轄醫(yī)院年、季、月度醫(yī)藥銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃，完成銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)，合理分配和實(shí)施銷(xiāo)售費(fèi)用預(yù)算；
2. 配合落實(shí)市場(chǎng)部的推廣活動(dòng)，以及其他部門(mén)的相關(guān)工作；
3. 新客戶(hù)開(kāi)拓和上量維護(hù)（包括信息數(shù)據(jù)收集、提交），開(kāi)展必要學(xué)術(shù)推廣，向醫(yī)院等銷(xiāo)售渠道傳遞產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和相關(guān)信息以提高市場(chǎng)份額；
4. 協(xié)助商務(wù)部做好銷(xiāo)售訂單、履行與管理工作，收集并分析相關(guān)市場(chǎng)信息及做好匯報(bào)工作
5. 定期拜訪區(qū)域內(nèi)的目標(biāo)客戶(hù)，了解需求并提供附加解決方案，按時(shí)完成工作報(bào)告；
6. 學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和提高工作技能，樹(shù)立良好的公司和產(chǎn)品形象
7. 完成上級(jí)交付的其他任務(wù)。
任職資格：
1.醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)或經(jīng)濟(jì)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，大學(xué)專(zhuān)科以上學(xué)歷；
2.3年以上工作經(jīng)歷，2年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)及銷(xiāo)售崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；（有骨科、風(fēng)濕科、皮科等臨床用藥推廣及銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)佳）；
3. 了解、理解公司所經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)知識(shí)，掌握競(jìng)品和行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)；（有負(fù)責(zé)過(guò)二甲/三甲醫(yī)院銷(xiāo)售者優(yōu)先考慮）
4. 熟練使用WORD,EXCEL，POWERPOINT等辦公軟件，及相關(guān)的CRM數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)；
5. 良好的 人際交往、溝通能力具備較強(qiáng)影響力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力和客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識(shí)/能力。

Shanghai CP Guojian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (CPGJ) is a high-tech bio -pharmaceutical company which is co-invested and led by China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) Group.
