Purpose of the Job
Support the PM to continuously develop new product and maintain the product portfolio by introducing the products, promoting the products to the local market in order to achieve the sales targets.協(xié)助產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理不斷開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品和維護產(chǎn)品，通過產(chǎn)品在中國市場上的促銷活動達到銷售目標(biāo)。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for product management, including launch, phase-out and pricing, etc. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品管理，包括上市、下市和定價等相關(guān)工作。
- Conduct new products launch and old products maintenance including products related marketing materials translation.進行新產(chǎn)品推出和老產(chǎn)品的維修，包括產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的營銷材料的翻譯。
- Provide professional support, including providing bidding material, support marketing activities and some key training session. 提供專業(yè)支持，包括招標(biāo)專業(yè)資料的提供，大型會議的演講支持，個別重要培訓(xùn)會。
- Responsible for communication with HQ, including marketing and product development. 負(fù)責(zé)與瑞士總部的溝通，包括市場和產(chǎn)品的進展等。
- Responsible for updating products information. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品信息的更新。
- Other requirements by line manager. 上級主管布置的其他工作。
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with the major in Electronics, audiology or ENT 本科學(xué)歷，主修電子、聽力學(xué)或五官科
- 3 years working experience, additional sales and marketing related background is preferred. 三年以上工作經(jīng)驗，銷售和營銷相關(guān)背景優(yōu)先。
- Good presentation. 良好的表達方式。
- Active and idea minded. 積極的想法。
- Systematic thinking 系統(tǒng)思考。
- Creativity and ability to change 有創(chuàng)造力。
- Ability to work under pressure 能在壓力下工作。
- Analytical and conceptual thinking 善于分析與思考。
