職位描述:
崗位職責：
1.零售門店管理工作
2.貫徹執行公司市場策略，開展市場活動，促銷活動，在市場部的指導下組織布置店內的商品布局，保持店面的新穎和變化性；維持店內整齊、清潔及樣機設備的正常工作
3.店內人員的管理，包括招聘店員、考評、日常考勤、激勵團隊以及人員培訓
4.負責門店的庫存的掌控（數量和質量，以及庫存登記）及相關庫存報表，防止貨品積壓與斷貨
5.負責客戶管理，包括客戶信息的建立，客戶需求了解以及客戶溝通等
6.保持門店銷售順利，負責客戶投訴、售后服務等事宜
7.協調與屬地政府等管理部門的關系，如營業執照、社會保險等事宜
崗位要求：
學歷:高中及以上學歷，受過市場營銷、管理學、財務會計基本知識等方面的培訓，愿意學習并推廣企業零售文化。
經歷:三年以上零售店鋪管理經驗，熟悉店鋪運營各項流程
其他:良好的顧客服務意識，高度的工作熱情，良好的團隊合作精神；較強的服務意識，包括店鋪陳列、庫存管理、員工溝通，激勵和培訓、客戶管理和溝通；辦公軟件操作熟練
