ID&ATB of Microbiology included; ? ID&ATB of Microbiology excluded) that require considerable amounts of independent judgment and interpretation. 執(zhí)行需要大量獨(dú)立判斷和解釋、技術(shù)更加復(fù)雜的檢驗(yàn)。崗位職責(zé)1. Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing.監(jiān)控收集、鑒定、運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)藏，為確保測(cè)試前試樣質(zhì)量對(duì)試樣進(jìn)行處理。2. Prepares reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.根據(jù)規(guī)定程序準(zhǔn)備實(shí)際、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和控制。3. Performs tests and sample analysis in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology & Blood Bank, microbiology (? ID&ATB included; ? ID&ATB excluded), immunology and/or Body fluid analysis. 在臨床化學(xué)、血液學(xué)和血庫(kù)、微生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域執(zhí)行測(cè)試和樣本分析。4. Verifies test results prior to release.在結(jié)果發(fā)布之前進(jìn)行檢查。5. Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, and procedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective action and reports to the supervisor.為確保儀器、實(shí)際和流程正常運(yùn)行執(zhí)行質(zhì)量控制。確認(rèn)儀器故障和控制實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果，采取正確措施并報(bào)告主管。6. Maintains test equipment and instruments, following established procedures.根據(jù)既定程序維護(hù)檢測(cè)設(shè)備和儀器。7. Answers questions of physicians and nurses concerning laboratory tests, accepts complaints, and initiates corrective actions.回答醫(yī)生和護(hù)士關(guān)于實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查的問(wèn)題，接受投訴，并啟動(dòng)糾正措施。8. Trains new employees the laboratory techniques. 培訓(xùn)新員工實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)。9. Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases in laboratory. 在實(shí)驗(yàn)室就測(cè)試技術(shù)或相關(guān)疾病進(jìn)行授課。10. Participates in education class and continuing education programs. Attends workshops, seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by the chair. 參加教育類和繼續(xù)教育項(xiàng)目。參與研討會(huì)、討論會(huì)和跟進(jìn)當(dāng)前新儀器設(shè)備、技術(shù)和流程的講座。11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 在要求下執(zhí)行其他相關(guān)職責(zé)。12. Supervise and educate lab technologists and technicians on routine work.監(jiān)督和教育實(shí)驗(yàn)室技師常規(guī)工作。任職條件Certification as a Senior Technologist is required. 主管技師資格證。
